A 1.5-day practical course covering the essential skills needed to prepare and electrofuse polyethylene pipework on private projects.
Course details
People installing or maintaining polyethylene pipework for private projects, including farming, aquaculture and irrigation applications.
Pipe preparation, measuring, scraping, alignment, fitting assembly, controlled weld cycles and visual inspection.
One and a half days of guided workshop training with hands-on electrofusion practice.
Practical exercises and trainer checks are completed throughout the course.
An egeplast Ireland certificate of attendance. This course is not endorsed by Uisce Éireann.
